This year will be one without huge changes to the compo rules. We did not get a lot of (if any) negative feedback on the rules last year so we are sticking with that has become quite a stable ruleset. Any improvements however are always welcome.
One difference however will be in the ASCII/ANSI/PETSCII compo (yes, we allow PETSCII since last year, so get those entries going) is that we will no longer use ICE Colors/Modified palette/Modified Charsets and that ASCII will be shown black on white.

Also, the PC Compo machine will be built with Creators Update 2 (1709).
